Hello, I have installed the eSIM on my iPhone 15; however, it has been stuck on the ‘activating’ phase for so long., and I don't have a physical SIM on the phone. I already restarted it, and it’s not working. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I looked at your account and see it has been activated, so that means that there is just a bug with the installation. Can you please remove the eSIM all together and install the eSIM again. Useful sites are the following:

For deleting the eSIM: eSIM: Verwijderen? Zo doe je dat - Simyo

For re-installing: eSIM: Je vervangende eSIM installeren en activeren - Simyo
