Cannot activate my esim foutcode 012

I just bought an esim but i cannot activate it and im traveling in two days could somebody help please

i removed old sim and old esim on xiaomi 13t i i tried this like a 100 times i get code 012 😓 please help

I'm sorry to hear you keep getting an error. Your phone is able to instal the eSIM so that is good. I also looked up your account and your prepaid simcard seems to be activated, so that is also good news. Strange you keep getting the error. 

 

 Did you also update the latest software on your phone?

I reinstalled the app, restarted the phone many times after last esim was removed and physical SIM removed. I tried all the options on the app, I changed WiFi and still foutcode 012
