Internet not working for new Sim card, what now?

I moved from vodafone to Simyo today; call is working but Internet is not working ? i tried calling customer service but no response

i did whatsapp no response

Thank you for your message.

As @Groentjuh mentioned we had some connectivity issues yesterday which resulted in no internet connection (thank you for your help!😊).

This is now resolved. When restarting your phone internet should work again.

KPN and Simyo had some issues with providing Internet service on their network today. It is reported as resolved, so are you still having that issue now and after you restart your phone.
