Unexpected high out-of-bundle costs (€160+)

I am writing this post in shock. As a customer and have always paid my bills on time, I received mail saying my SIM card was locked. After checked my usage overview and noticed that I accidentally went 1GB over my data bundle in 20min. This has resulted in an extra charge of over €160 on my upcoming bill. By the time I received the 100% warning SMS from Simyo and could react, the high costs had already been incurred and the SIM card is locked.!--tgqphd||[]-->

As a result, I had already pay €100 to unlock the SIM card. This surcharge isn’t a small amount, and it was completely accidental and entirely unintentional.!--tgqphd||[]-->

I have just activated the Dataplafond (Data Cap)!--tgqphd||[]--> in the Mijn Simyo app to guarantee that this can never happen again in the future.!--tgqphd||[]-->

My request is whether you could look into my case for a waiver or a refund. For example, if the extra data could be recalculated at the rate of a regular add-on bundle instead of the €0.15/MB rate, it would be greatly appreicated.!--tgqphd||[]-->
