Hi @ETibilova,

Thank you for your message. If your Dutch bank account is closed and you wish to pay your invoice from a foreign bank account, you can transfer the amount manually. You can use these details for this:

IBAN: NL83INGB0007811682
BIC: INGBNL2A
Account holder: Simyo

Please include your phone number and invoice number in the description.

Kind regards,
Shaniqua

How the payment will be matched to the invoice?  IIs there any service to send the receipt and confirm that the payment was accepted against the invoice?

Hi @ETibilova,

Thank you for your response. Your payment is linked to the invoice by including your phone number and invoice number as a reference during the manual transfer. This ensures that Simyo can correctly allocate your payment to your outstanding invoice.

If something goes wrong with the payment not being processed and it remains listed as an outstanding invoice in Mijn Simyo, you may send proof of payment to our customer service so that we can investigate further.

Kind regards,
Shaniqua
