Hi, I have a very high out of bundle cost outstanding on my acount. from what i gathered, there is something that can be done about this. I am unable to contact Simyo through any other channel. Any help is appretiated.

Thank you for your message. I'm sorry to hear that you made very high costs outside of your bundle. It is currently very busy on various channels, so it may indeed take longer before you receive a response from us. Our sincere apologies for this!

We always send 2 warning messages by text. At 80% and at 100% consumption of the internet bundle. These text messages state that you pay €0,15 cents per MB from that moment and that it’s best to continue using the internet with a stable WiFi connection or to buy extra MBs through Mijn Simyo to avoid extra costs. Did you see these text messages? I advise that you pay close attention to these in the future, because this is the way we inform you about the tarives

On our website we have a blog with internet saving tips, perhaps useful to read. The blog is in Dutch.

I would like to check if there's anything I can do about the costs for once. This is not a guarantee, but I would like to give it a try. Could you send me a private message with your number and personal details? I'll look up your subscription in our system then 🙂.

Beware of this company.  Lots of people accidentally finding themselves with 181 euro bills!  If they can block your phone at 181 euros, why not an option to block it at 10 euros? 40 euros?

Probably because they make lots of money from people when things go wrong.
