Porting request for two numbers cancelled

Hi,

I recently paid to port two of my old numbers over to Simyo prepaid so that I can have them on my phone using eSims.

After completing the process, I received two emails which stated that the prepaid order (for both numbers) has been cancelled due to risk analysis.

Would it be possible to look into this?
