Thank you for your message. I'm sorry to see that you did not receive your simcard.

I see that you ordered an eSIM instead of a physical simcard. You can download the eSIM trough the Mijn Simyo app > Instellingen > Simkaart > Overstappen naar eSIM. If you can not receive the validation code you can send me a private message with your personal information. I will send you the code then!
