hello,

when i checked my status simyo proting it tells me that "

Your request has an unknown status. Please contact your new provider and relay the following information together with your phone number:

SV: validated - {{svNote}},
PO:GeenPO - -

my phone number was 06xxxxxx.

For your own safety I deleted your phone number from your post. Never share personal details like this on the forum. You can also find this information in our forum house rules.

I see that your number porting is still in progress meaning you'll have to wait for a bit. If you've send back the sms code on time you’ll receive an email about the status when number porting is approved.

You'll probably receive this today or tomorrow.
