My friend moved to the Netherlands recently. I recommended Simyo to her. She subscribed eSIM at end of January, and got a mail from asking to send copy of ID and copy of bank card to klantenservice@simyo.nl. My friend provided the information on 10th Feb, and no reply since then. How can we know the status of processing? Is it a scam?
