Simcard is not activate Last 7 days?!?!?!

Hello,

I am having a problem to use my simcard. I have a micro simcard and i activated online.
now i order nano simcard for my iphone 5 cus i actually need nano simcard, but pincode of Nano sim is on Micro sim... or sent to micro sim. i have no idea how to start my nano sim now and can i get pincode via email?

Your nanosim was linked to your account on 07-12. You can find your pin and pukcode under the tab "gegevens en instellingen" on your personal page on www.simyo.nl.

According to our information, you have already been using your subscription after your nanosim was activated. Is this information correct?
