Sim Card still blocked after paying my invoice.

Ive paid my bills for my sim card I dont have any left that are outstanding but i check the website and my sim is still blocked. Im not sure what the problem is.

Thank you for your message. I'm sorry to read that the simcard is still blocked. 

I just had a look on your subscription and i see that the simcard should be active now. Can you restart your phone and check if everything works again?
