Problem with installing and activation my eSIM. What to do?

Hello. I just started Simyo’s sim-only plan, and I am having problems with activating my eSIM. After I log in to my SImyo application, it leads to downloading process though I already had done. I tried to delete the versions I already installed and re-install the sim, but after i tried Installation, I have to log in again and start installing a SIM. I don’t have any idea of what is happening now, besides, the whatsapp service center don’t see my messages I sent yesterday though on website they say they will answer in 30 miniutes.

Thank you for your message. I am sorry to hear you are having trouble installing your eSIM. Could you give me some more information, for example; 

  • What phone and model do you have?
  • At which step are you encountering issues?
  • Do you get any error codes? If so, what does it say?
  • Did you receive the validation code? If so, did you put it in?

If you can let me know the answer to these questions, I can pinpoint why it is not working and find a solution for you faster.
