Hello! Dear Customer Service, My phone doesn't support eSIM cards, but I've purchased a third-party eSIM card. I need your assistance in providing the eSIM card's QR code so I can scan it and install it on my eSIM. Thank you. When can I receive the eSIM card's QR code?

Thank you for your message. I see that you already got some good information from ​@Scotsman! 

At Simyo you can only download the eSIM trough our Mijn Simyo app > Instellingen > Simkaart. If this is not possible for your phone then you can indeed only use a physical simcard like ​@Scotsman said. 

If you want a physical simcard you can send me a private message with your personal information. I will send you a simcard then!

    If your phone doesn’t support eSIM cards like you say, then you cannot install any eSIMs regardless whether they use a QR code or another method for activation. You can only use a physical simcard. Having said that, you normally receive a QR code from the company that supplied the eSIM if that’s the way they activate eSIMs. I therefore suggest you contact the third party supplier of the eSIM and ask for advice.
