Thanks for your message. I am sorry to hear that you have lost your phone. In order to install the eSIM on your new phone, you need to download our app. After that, you go to Instellingen > Simkaart. You will see an option to download eSIM. For all the steps to install eSIM, I recommend you to read this FAQ: Hoe activeer ik eSIM? If you can't receive the validation code, you can send me a private message with your 06-number and personal information so I can send you the validation code per email.
