I deleted my esim from my phone by accident. I do need to reactivate it as soon as possible. It’s Saturday and it’s not possible to receive a verification code as the first step of esim installation. How can I reactivate the esim?

Given you cannot validate using SMS, can't you validate using the iDEAL method?
Because if you cannot do so, it will be Monday before you can reactivate; Customer service isn't on a lot during the weekend and that would be the only option if you cannot validate using SMS and iDEAL.
