eSIM reinstall, how can I do this?

Hello, I just bought an eSIM and installed on my mobile phone. It worked well. Then I removed it from there and wanted to install on my watch. I don't have a QR code or any code, and so I cannot do that. I cannot reinstall it on my mobile phone as well. Can you please help me to do this?
