Hello,

I'm in a situation where I require to install my eSim on a new phone (my old phone broke) but I cannot receive the SMS code (since the eSIM is not installed).

I've tried Email support, but there is no answer for a few days. Can you help me with it?

As soon as I recieve this information I will send you the validationcode through e-mail so that you can install the eSIM on your new phone!
