Calls unable to get through, what can I do?

Hi there,

I got a problem with my SIM - when people call me, my phone does not ring at all. Then, the caller hears the message "the phone is engaged" and then the call goes straight to my voicemail. Please let me know how I can solve this.

Hi Chloe L,

I've given your sim card a reset. Can you turn your phone off and on again? What kind of mobile phone do you use?
It also could be the phone settings. In some mobile phones you can turn the function "not-disturb" on (in Dutch "niet-storen functie").
Do you also have problems with calling other people?

You are right! It was in iphone do not disturb mode. It is ok now 🙂
