Assistance Required for eSIM Rebinding after Account Change?

Dear Simyo Team,

 

I recently switched from a monthly subscription to prepaid service as I am currently abroad. After creating a new account for this change, I found that I need to rebind my eSIM. However, when I try to log in, I am required to receive a verification code via phone call, and I cannot directly obtain the eSIM through the usual app guidance after logging in.

 

The problem is that I have already deleted my previous eSIM, so I cannot receive any calls at the moment. Could you please advise me on how I can rebind or obtain a new eSIM in this situation?
