Why am i not able to activate Simyo Compleet?

Hi, l have a fixed KPN Internet at my address (and it has been more than a month) but when I try to activate simyo complete it says I'm not eligible

I have the privacy settings enabled, not sure what to do next

Thank you for your message. I'm sorry to read that you can still not activate Simyo Compleet! 

Can you maybe send an screenshot of a invoice from KPN thuis internet to webcare@simyo.nl? I can then send this to the right department for further research.
