I’ve already required to cancel my subscription on 17 October. So the end date should be not later than 17 November.
I can provide the email if you want.

I see that you've got an e-mail about the cancellation on the 29th of october. This is the reason why the subscription will end on the 29th of november. If you have any proof that you cancelled it on the 17th of october you can send this proof to webcare@simyo.nl and we will have a look at it for you!
