Hi! I ordered a new sim and have KPN connection at my home as well. I was supposed to get extra data because of that but the app is showing lower data. Is there something I did wrong?

From your message, I understand that you became a customer with us today, but you still don't see Simyo Compleet in the app. It can take up to two weeks for us to be notified that you are a KPN customer. So, it will take a little more time before you can make use of the double bundles. If it's still not visible after two weeks, you can contact us and we can look for a solution together!
