Hi my phone number is i want to change for 20gb internet because 15 gigs is not an enought for me my phone nummber is 06xxxxx please can you help me with that i try to change it by myself but i cannot find option for 20gb

It's important to not share any personal information like your phone number on the forum for your personal safety. This is also stated in our house rules. Therefore I removed your phone number from your post.

Every customer has the bundle plan as it was available at the time of ordering your subscription.

Recently we've added the 20 GB data bundle in the new assortiment. It's possible to change to the new bundle plan for new subscribers or existing ones who can extend their contract.

If you're already able to extend your contract you can do this in your my Simyo > instellingen > abonnement > abonnement verlengen.
