I would like to terminate my contact with SIMYO but I do not know how I can do it and from what time onwards I won’t have it anymore. Also, I was wondering if there are any penalties with regards to my cancellation. I would appreciate your help with this matter as soon as possible. Thank you so much!!

Thank you for your message. If you want to stop your contract at Simyo you can do this trough Mijn Simyo (app) > Instellingen > Abonnement > Abonnement opzeggen. I see that you have a monthly contract with us so if you cancel the subscription it will end within 1 month and you will not have extra costs.
