Moving Prepaid balance to existing Sim Only contract

I have a separate Simyo Prepaid number that I am transferring to my existing Sim Only subscription, where it will become my main number. My number transfer request has already been approved, and the transfer is scheduled for August.

Before the transfer is completed and my Prepaid account is closed, could someone from Simyo Support please help transfer my remaining Prepaid credit to my Sim Only account?

Thank you for your message. That is a good question!

When you switch your Simyo Prepaid number to a Sim Only subscription, your remaining prepaid credit is automatically transferred and applied as a discount to your first Sim Only invoice. If your credit is higher than the first invoice, the remaining amount will be carried over to subsequent invoices until it is fully used up.

Normally, you can request the switch from prepaid to sim only via Mijn Simyo and become a sim only customer the very next day. But because you placed an entirely new order with number portability, it actually depends on where you placed your order:

If you placed your order via the Simyo website, we will process it automatically.
If you placed your order via an E-tailer such as Belsimpel or Mobiel.nl, this needs to be added manually, so you can contact our customer service as soon as your number has been transferred to sim only and we will take care of the rest.
