How to cancel prepaid number?

Hi ​
Thanks for your message. It is not possible to cancel your Prepaid. However, your Prepaid will be automatically canceled after 6 months of no use of your SIM card. So, if you want to cancel your Prepaid, you don’t actually need to do anything. After six months, your Prepaid number will automatically be blocked and canceled.
