hey there. my e-sim number has just expired. can I get it back? I’ve got bound some software confirmation there. I’m also unable to login in my account, probably due to the fact that the number is expired. thank you

I've reactivated your prepaid for you. You only need to perform an activity on the SIM card: make an outgoing call, send a text message, use the internet, top up te calling credit, or purchase a data bundle. After this, your prepaid plan will remain active for the next six months!
