Why is my 4G not working good?

Why my 4G laggs all the time I'm living in Amsterdam and when I'm in the centre, where I work my internet data is not working it's very annoying. Every 10/15 minutes it has a glitch or something. How can I fix it?

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to see that you are experiencing such bad internet connection! For how long do you have this problem and what kind of phone do you have? 

I put a reset on the 4G option from your simcard. Can you turn off the phone for 10 minutes so the reset can be done? 

I would like to hear if the internet is better after this.

@Amy I got my new number this month, and the service has been bad. I live in Amsterdam Centrum, and i don’t get service at my apartment.

Thanks for your message. Sorry to hear you are having issues with your service. Do I understand correctly that you only have this issue in your new apartment? Or do you have bad service everywhere? I suggest checking out the KPN coverage map to see how the coverage is near your apartment. If this is location-specific, our network specialists can investigate it.
