high costs of data outside bundle

Hello, I got charged 150€ for using data outside my bundle. I tried to turn them off but it was already too late. Can i do anything about the costs? This has never happened to me before and I am very surprised.

Thank you for your message. I'm sorry to read that you made extra costs.

To avoid extra costs we always send two warning text messages. If no action is taken after these messages you will pay €0,15 per MB. I recommend to put on our datalimiet trough Mijn Simyo. With this option you can avoid extra costs when the internetbundle is fully used.

Can you send me a private message with your personal information? Then i will have a look at the costs.
