I am planning on cancelling my subscription right now, the next bill would be on 18th of June. I currently have a bill for going over my data limit. If I cancel now do I only have to pay the cancellation fee or do I also have to pay the fee for going over the data limit?

Hello @irisv,

Thank you for your message. I understand your question, and I’m happy to clarify this for you. If you cancel your subscription, this does not remove any costs you have already made, like @wimj12 already mentioned (Thanks!). Any charges for usage outside your bundle, such as going over your data limit, will still be included on your final invoice.

I would also be happy to look into your costs and the available options with you, as there may be alternatives so you don’t end up with additional charges like this. If you are still within a contract period, the remaining monthly fees would also still apply.

If you’d like, you can send me a private message with your details, then I can go through everything with you and see what the best option is in your situation.

Greetings,
Khadija

Running away does not mean that you do not to pay your bills from the past.

Depending on details from your contract you might have to pay a cancellation fee.
