Why do i have payment/charging for internet usage?


Hello! I connected a SIM card with a fixed monthly payment, why do I see charges for March 25th of 54 euros?

Thank you for your message. I understand that you are a bit shocked by these high costs, good that you contact us.

I just had a look on your subscription and i see that you made these costs because you used the simcard before your number was transferred to us. This number porting was on 26th of march and the costs were made on the 25th. If you are using the simcard before the number porting you make extra costs outside the bundle because the bundles are not active on the temporary number. This is also said in the e-mail we send to you. I'm sorry if this was not clear for you.

I will send a one time request to have the costs reimbursed trough a data leniency. This means that we calculate how many times you could have purchased additional 500 MB for €5.00. You will receive a confirmation from the administration department with further information about the compensation.

Hi! I still don't understand. I immediately connected to a service package that included 20 gigs of Internet, why was my Internet usage on March 25th not included in the limit?

I mentioned this in my previous message! Sorry if it was not clear for you. The reason you made extra costs is because the number was not yet transferred to us. If you are using the simcard before the transfer date of the number the bundles will not be active and you will then make outside of the bundle costs.
