Hello Dear Sir/Madam, 

For a sequential time I receive an unreasonably high amount to pay and I really do not see a valid reason for you to charge me that much. After receiving a warning for my mobile data, I always turn it off and barely ever use it, thus I don't see where all this data was consumed. 

This time I paid it but I will seek for a refund, at least a proportion of it, because I find it ridiculous to get such invoices from you. In fact, this is one of the most terrible experiences I have ever had with a company, it's outrageous how this business is sustained.

Thank you for your message. I can imagine you were shocked by this! 

As long as the internet on the SIM card is on, it can always happen that internet is consumed unknowingly. Think for example of an update or an app that is still on in the background. If you want to be sure that no internet can be consumed, I recommend to disable this via Mijn Simyo > Instellingen > Internet en bellen. If the Internet is left on after receiving the last warning text message and Internet is consumed you will pay the out of bundle rate of €0,15 per mb.

If the 4G network is stronger than the Wifi then this will automatically switch to the internet and thus your internet bundle. This is also called Wifi assistance. You can choose to turn this off through the settings of the device itself.
