Dear Sir or Madame,

I tried to reach Simyo using various ways, but never got an answer back.

My problem is the following: I have received a €170 bill for the month of June, of which €138 is for the internet. I have a package of 15000MB per month + in June I got 1000MB for free from Simyo. The total data used was lower than 16000MB, why am I charged extra?

Also, another thing that I should be warned my SMS twice when I am 80% out of data and 100% out of data. I haven’t received a single message from Simyo…

Could you please tell me what I can do in that case? I am a foreign student and there is no way I can cover this bill.
