Hi,

I received an overcharged bill this month, but I didn’t use extra data. Could you help me to check? Thank you

Hi @Cerita,

Thank you for your message. I'm happy to have a look with you.

On your connection, I see that your internet bundle ran out on December 31. We sent you 2 warning text messages at 80% and at 100% usage of your bundle. Did you see these text messages? These are sent real time from our network. We indicate in the text messages that you pay € 0,15 per MB from that moment on and that you can avoid making extra charges by using only WiFi (enabling your mobile data) or buying additional MBs on My Simyo or the app.

Did you know that we recently introduced the option to enable a data cap? With this you can prevent that you could again incur costs outside your bundle due to internet usage within the EU. You can activate this via My Simyo. We have also created a topic on the forum with detailed information about the data cap.

Kind regards,
Roeqajja
