Hello, I have a Simyo account, currently using my

partner’s bank details to pay as she has a Dutch bank account. I now have a Wise account, so I have an IBAN number etc, but Wise is not an option in the list of banks that can be used.

Is it possible for me to have my monthly payments coming out of my Wise account?

Thanks for your question. 

This is possible. To get this changed, please send a scan of your ID and bank account as an attachment to klantenservice@simyo.nl. We will manually update your bank details so that the monthly invoices will be charged to your Wise account.
