How do i get these high out of bundle costs?

Hi everyone,

 

I’m feeling really overwhelmed right now. Today, my SIM card suddenly got blocked, and I just found out it’s because I used up my data bundle. I was already charged €238 last month, and now another €130 this month without any warning at all from Simyo. On their own website, they’re supposed to block the SIM once charges go over €100. So why did they let it go far beyond that? Why wasn’t I notified before things got this bad?

I’m really struggling financially at the moment, and this just feels incredibly unfair. I don’t understand how something like this is considered normal here in the Netherlands. I’m honestly just very upset and don’t know what to do next.
