I have been a user of Simyo for a year now never had any problems. I have a Simyo complete bundle and I noticed this morning that my sim card has been blocked suddenly. This seemed to be because incurred high costs (110 eur) were incurred due to additional data usage (720mb more). I was not aware that I have been using outside my allocated data. It mentions 59MB (12 times with time stamp) but I could not find more information than I was charged 8.79 eur for every 59 MB. This is really expensive for me and I could not afford this price. Could you please help me by providing some concession with the costs and also help me with unblocking my sim card.
