I am being charged over 100 euros for non intended out of bundle internet consultation. You can imagine I was very shocked to see this high amount being charged and I had no idea this could happen. I’m an international student with very low budget so I can not afford to pay this amount. Also I don’t speak Dutch so it was my understanding that the data cap was already active.Â

This is unacceptable behavior form the company. I demand that you sort this out for me.
