Do i have to pay the outside bundle costs two times?

Hello,

I’ve read through the several threads that have experienced the issue regarding high internet cost outside of the bundle. My number has been blocked and I understand that I need to pay EUR 100 deposit to unlock my number due to using outside the bundle. I also see that my next payment includes the overcharge is EUR 127~. I would like to know, when I make the deposit of EUR 100 to unblock my number, does this deposit get deducted from the EUR 127~ of my next monthly payment that I’ve incurred? Or will I have to make a separate EUR 124? Much appreciate your response.

Thank you for your message. Good that you contact us! If you pay the €100,00 from the invoice this will be deducted from the costs that were made outside the bundle. The amount that is now still left to pay will be written of at the end of january 😊. Conclusion: you don't have to pay the €100,00 again.
