Complain about the invoice.

I have received the April invoice for my subscription, which I recently cancelled because I have returned to Italy.
The amount charged is exorbitant and relates to alleged data usage on 20 April, which is impossible as I was travelling to Italy on that very day.
I therefore request the immediate reversal of these charges, which has clearly billed me for in error.

Thank you for your message. I'm sorry to read that you made extra costs.

To avoid extra costs we always send two warning messages. One at 80% usage and one when the internetbundel is fully used. If no action is taken after these messages and internet usage is registered on the simcard you will pay €0,15 per MB.
