cancellation and transfer of phone number to KPN

Dear all,

I took an abonnement with KPN last month and this provider cancelled my abonnement as it is part of their responsibility.
Nevertheless, my dashboard is still showing consumption expenses and indicating any cancellation.
How can we end this since the 12/10/2015 (day of take over of KPN)?

So sorry to already have you see you leave :(

The subscription costs which are charged for 13th to the 31st of October will be refunded to your account in November.
This will be an amount of €17,73
