Yesterday my new iPhone was delivered, yay! Today, I am cycling to the gym listening to music and by the time I get to my workout (20 mins cycle) I have received an SMS that 80% of my bundle has been used. This feels impossible as I still had 6GB the day before. By the time I have swiped into the gym and gotten to my Locker, another sms that my SIM card is blocked until I pay over €100!
Mijn Simyo app won’t let me log in and so I can’t see what is happening or why my sim card is blocked. Could there be a problem with my new iPhone? I can’t even log into to see the bill but my email says minimum €100. What do I do?
