unable to use internet abroad, what now?

How unpleasant to have an issue with mobile internet. Can you please place an screenshot of your APN settings.

Thanks! Seems to be allright. Sometimes it makes a difference to change gprs into GPRS.

You can try that also and perhaps manual choose a different roaming partner.

Anyway, a moderator, an employee of Simyo support will contact you. Most frequently a reset of your simcard can be helpfull.

Thank you for your message How unfortunate that your data isn't working abroad! Did you try to select a network manually? This usually helps.

I see that @Friesian (thank you!!) already helped you with your APN settings 🙂. If this all doesn't help, you can send me a private message with your phone number and personal information. I will reset your sim card then so that any blockages are removed on the network.
