I'm not getting signal abroad

I am in Madrid with an eSIM. I was blocked, I paid, and the app says Active. However, my eSIM cannot register and Orange/Movistar say 'Forbidden'. I have an urgent call waiting. Please manually push a network profile reset to my eSIM immediately.

Hi @Ishrar,

Thank you for your message. I am sorry to hear that you are in Madrid and your eSIM isn't working, even though your payment has been processed and the status is set to 'Active'. I understand that this is very frustrating, especially if you are expecting an urgent call.

I recommend restarting your device or briefly toggling airplane mode on and off. This will ensure your phone reconnects to the network via the eSIM. If the problem persists, please check if there is a software update available. You can also check if your device can connect to other networks by trying to manually select a network: https://www.simyo.nl/klantenservice/toestelhulp/netwerk-handmatig-selecteren
It is also helpful to configure your APN settings: https://www.simyo.nl/klantenservice/toestelhulp/internet-handmatig-instellen

If you are unable to resolve this, please feel free to send me a private message with your phone number and personal details so we can look for a solution together.

Kind regards,
Shaniqua
