Can't send SMS to foreign numbers

Hello! I have an issue with sending SMS to abroad. I can send SMS messages to Dutch phone numbers without any problems, but SMS messages to Lithuanian numbers (+370...) are not delivered. I have enabled “Bellen in en naar het buitenland” in Mijn Simyo and have tried several different Lithuanian +370 numbers, with the same result.Calling Lithuanian numbers works correctly; only SMS seems to be affected. Could someone please investigate this?

P.S I also tried sending *0#test and got the following reply: “Bericht met bestemming 370xxxxxxxx,met identificatie CE937FF19BACF1619A62000000002C25,kon niet worden afgeleverd.”

Thank you for your message. I completely understand how annoying it is that your SMS messages aren't reaching Lithuania, especially since calling works perfectly fine. It's great that you've already verified the “Bellen in en naar het buitenland” (Calling in and to abroad) setting in Mijn Simyo and performed the network test (*0#). That delivery report error code confirms the message is getting stuck in the central network.

Based on this error code and the fact that calling works, the problem is probably not caused by the settings on your SIM card. Could you send me a private message with your phone number and personal details? I will then have our technical department investigate this for you.
