Hi, can you help me understand how to add an international bundle to my current plan. How much will it cost?

Simyo does not offer any bundles for countries outside of "Zone 1”. Zone 1 countries are already included in the normal bundles. So for example data can be used in all those countries for no additional costs. Sending SMSs and calling to Dutch numbers is also possible at no additional costs.

Calling from the Netherlands to any other country is not part of the bundles. Also for this, no bundles are available.

On this page you can go to the question "Welke tarievenzones zijn er?” and click on "Bekijk hier de zone-indeling” to see which countries are within each zone.

    I see that you’ve been informed correctly! Because we don't have bundles that you can use in countries outside of zone 1, we advise to buy a local sim card when you travel outside of EU.  ​
