I have activated service to limit my account not to go iver limit on data and calls but still i see i have extra charge

That service activates the next first of the month. Did you activate the service the month before you went beyond the limit or during that same month?

In that last case, the service might not have been activated.

Also that service only covers data limits. Calls are not limited and also data in zones 2, 3, 4 are not limited.

Thank you for your message. It's unfortunate to hear you made extra costs.

I see that you made extra costs due to calling to foreign numbers from the Netherlands. This is always outside your bundle. You can always check this and the tariffs per country on the website

Like @Groentjuh also mentioned the data limit is only applicable on your data bundle within zone 1 and not in other zones or on your calls. Thank you for your help! 😊
