Why I am not able to make call or use Internet while travelling in netherlands in trains.

Thank you for your message. How annoying that you're not able to make calls or use data while you're in the train!

Do you have this issue on any other location as well? Or only when you're travelling with the train?

I am facing this issue only while travelling from Utrecht Centraal to Amsterdam Amstel in train. Can you help me or any suggestions are welcome.

Hi @Kunal,

Thank you for your reaction. 

It is possible that your range is somewhat poorer on the train. I just re-registered your SIM card. Could you turn off your phone for 15 minutes?

It is working now. Some times it get slow while travelling in train but its better then before. Thank you for your help.
