Is my invoice incorrect?

I don't understand why I need to pay an extra €11.39. I bought  new SIM cards for each country I visited and only used the data on the new cards, not the SIMyou data allowance. Why am I being charged for SIMyou data? Please help me cancel this fee!!!!!!!!!

Thank you for your message. I’m sorry to hear that additional costs have appeared. I completely understand that it’s frustrating to see unexpected extra charges on your invoice, especially when you thought you were only using your new SIM cards.

For privacy reasons, personal information isn’t allowed to be shared on the forum. I’ve therefore removed the invoice number you had shared.

The extra €11.39 charge occurred because there was internet usage registered in countries outside Zone 1. When you are in a country outside the EU, your bundles are not valid there, and usage automatically incurs out-of-bundle costs. Different rates apply in these cases. If you plan to travel to a country outside Zone 1 next time, you might consider purchasing an international bundle. More information about this can be found here: Simyo Buitenlandbundels.
